For all you film buffs here is some ninfo about getting your stuff shown at the 4th Manchester International Short Film & Video Festival that kicks off on 25 - 31 October 1999.

They are looking for submission for to "celebrate the relaunch of Kinofilm, the festival will be competitive with 5 awards." Entry is open to anyone in the film making community including first time film makers. Categories below:
