Public Enemy Releases Album On Zip Disk

Having once proclaimed "911's a joke", Public Enemy's Chuck D is doing the do on the music industry by releasing their own remedy, 'There's A Poison Going On', on a 100MB Iomega Zip Disk.

Not one to mince his words, or clothing, Public Enemy have been burning the trail for sometime following their previous MP3 releases and setting up their own online record label, Atomic Pop.

As Chuck D says himself: "Technology beats technology every time and Poison's the whooping stick in this matter. Regardless of what critics, cynics and the industry say about this, the fact that the album is on a Zip disk is mind-boggling." Fight the power ...
